Processes
Clients has to send us the details of the project, our technical officers will discuss and prepare technical specifications. Based on which descriptive quotation is prepared and send to the client. There will be constant interactions between clients and technical team of Sanath Solutions till the product gets final shape and free from all the issues. The processes will begin once the client approves the quote and we receive an advance payment.
Sanath Solutions has expertise in tools such as Acrobat, Visio, RoboHelp, MS Office and Dreamweaver. During the information development process, a communicator can use techniques to shape information for the audience.
Quality
At Sanath Solutions, Chicago Manual of Style and Associated Press Stylebook are making the thumb rules. Client specific style-guide can be prefered for any particular projects.
For QC we follow the process of 4 tier reviews.
1. Technical makes his own review.
2. Experts from the subjects (Seniors) do second review
3. The client side review and finalisings; project leader approves documents for publications.
4. Final draft (just before to press) review by experts as well as by the client.
Turnaround time will be fixed during the quotation preparation time i.e after through interaction with the client. We will then make sure we set a reasonable deadline that will work for both client and our writers.
